Description:
BFseries High temperature box furnace products are mainly developed for daily laboratory applications. High quality furnace materials and a stable temperature control system can ensure the reliability of experimental data. The product adopts a new type of ceramic fiber material as the furnace material, selects high-quality high-temperature alloy heating elements as the heating element, and the temperature controller adopts an intelligent PID control module, which can achieve accurate temperature control and constant temperature requirements.
The product is used for pre firing and sintering of electronic components, glass, ceramic powders, and can also be used for firing other ceramic products, rare earth components, magnetic materials, etc.
Product features:
1. The furnace material is made of imported high purity alumina ceramic fiber material, which does not lose powder at high temperature and has low heat capacity.
2. The heater adopts high-quality silicon-carbon rods, which can bear large load, stable and long service life.
3. Fast heating rate, 0-30℃/ min, free setting.
4. The precision of temperature control is high, the impulse temperature is small, and it has the functions of temperature compensation and temperature correction, and the accuracy is±1℃.
5. The intelligent PID temperature control instrument is adopted, which has the program function, can set the heating curve, and can compile 30 program segments.
6. Integrated structure, can reduce the use of space, excellent appearance design, beautiful and generous.
7. Electronic components are all made of Delixi products with leakage protection function.
8. This machine will send out an alarm signal to the over-temperature in the working process, and automatically complete the protection action.
9. When the instrument program is set, as long as the run button is pressed, the following work will be completed automatically.
10. it can be equipped with a large screen paperless recorder to realize the real-time recording of the heating curve, and has a memory card to analyze and print the experimental data.
11. Optional air intake can be installed to purge and protect inert gases such as air, or exhaust chimneys can be installed to connect stainless steel bellows to discharge toxic and harmful gases volatilized at high temperatures in the furnace to the designated position.
