The main results are as follows: 1. The furnace material is vacuum formed alumina ceramic fiber material, which does not lose powder at high temperature and low heat capacity.

2. The heating body adopts superalloy wire, which can bear large load, stable and long service life.

3. The heating rate is fast, from room temperature to 1000 degrees Celsius, it usually takes 15-30 minutes.

4. The precision of temperature control is high, the impulse temperature is small, and it has the functions of temperature compensation and temperature correction, and the accuracy is±1℃.

5. The intelligent PID temperature control instrument is adopted, which has the program function, can set the heating curve, and can compile 30 program segments.

6. Integrated structure, can reduce the use of space, excellent appearance design, beautiful and generous.

7. Electronic components are all made of Delixi products with leakage protection function.

8. This machine will send out an alarm signal to the over-temperature in the working process, and automatically complete the protection action.

9. When the instrument program is set, as long as the run button is pressed, the following work will be completed automatically.

10. Optional air intake can be installed to purge and protect inert gases such as air, or exhaust chimneys can be installed to connect stainless steel bellows so that toxic and harmful gases volatilized at high temperatures can be discharged to the designated location.
