Description:
The DTF1200 series dual temperature zone tube furnace products are mainly designed for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere. High quality furnace materials and stable temperature control systems can ensure the reliability of experimental data; The product uses a new type of ceramic fiber material as the furnace material. The furnace tube material is excellent, and both ends of the furnace tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges, which can work under vacuum. There are inlet and outlet ports on the flange, which can pass protective gas. The precision needle valve can adjust the intake flow rate.
The rated temperature of DTF1200 is 1200℃, and the furnace tube is made of quartz tube. The two temperature zones are controlled independently, and two different gradient temperature fields can be formed through temperature control adjustment. The furnace cover has an open structure and PID30 program temperature control, suitable for heat treatment of new materials such as precision ceramics.
